In this riveting event from our Green College/Outer Space Institute video series on Humanity’s Expansion into Outer Space, UBC astronomer Aaron Boley speaks with aerospace engineer Moriba Jah from the University of Texas, Austin about the fast-growing challenge of space debris and possible solutions. Before moving into academia and becoming a world-leading expert on space debris, Professor Jah was a ‘spacecraft navigator’ with NASA’s Jet Propulsion Lab and worked on a number of Mars missions.
